We listen carefully to your criteria: location, size, type, budget, expected yield. Then we screen the entire market — Idealista, Fotocasa, MLS networks, off-market private listings.
2. Due Diligence
Before you commit, we verify everything: land registry, building inspection, urban planning, community status, energy certificate, property tax up to date.
3. Price Negotiation
Typical result: 8% to 15% off the listed price. On a €300,000 property, that’s €24,000 to €45,000 saved — many times our fee.
4. Closing Support
Mortgage shopping, legal review of arras contract, notary appointment, NIE for non-residents, post-purchase tax filing.
Pricing
Flat fee from €2,500 for standard residential operations. Final price depends on property value, complexity, location and additional services requested.
